He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe C. Cook and Mary Cook (Taylor); his wife Marcia Cook; and his siblings, William, Joyce and Jonathan Cook.

He is survived by: his children, Gary Cook (Diane), Teresa Lechner (William), Daniel Cook (Amy) and Stanley Cook (Tammy); his grandchildren, Timothy D. Cook (Amy), Sarah Mullins (Jason), Jonathan Cook (Abigail), Gabriel Cook (Natalie), Matthew Lechner (Terry), Hannah Cook, Noah Cook, Michael Cook (Lacey), Kevin Cook (Cassie) and Timothy P. Cook (Theresa); his brother Charles Cook; and his sister-in-law Jean Cook. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
