He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Swartwout and Sandra Swartwout (Youtzy); his children, Shannon, Nicole, Shane and Trinity; his sister Kris Swartwout; his nephew Kelvin; his niece Chandale; his great-niece Zadale; his great-nephews, Colvin and Zavin; and his friends, Gary Ballard (Tracy Wiese) and Chris Adcock. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
