He is survived by: his children, Ron Hassenfelt (Rose), Randy Hassenfelt (Katie) and Brenda Hessenauer (John); his grandchildren, Kaarin, Lindsey, Sam and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Lilah; his siblings, Pat Flannery, Jerry Hassenfelt and Geraldine Olson (Myron); his parents-in-law, Maureen Thieler, Susan Dillon, Terry Dillon (Darlene) and Tim Dillon; his aunt Theresa Young; and his friends, Art, Doris Olsen, John and Jeannie Pankhurst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
