Richard A. Galassi Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Galassi of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Galassi and Connie Galassi (Zito); and his sons, David Austin, Daniel Austin and Larry Stenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Galassi; his children, Christina Smith, Rocco Galassi, Kelly Herrera Galassi, James Galassi, Tom Galassi, Patty Vrana (Chuck) and Michael Austin; his friends, Gary, Maryann Kawall, Bob, Linda Kimball and Brad Johnson; and his niece Cheryl Peterson (David). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family would prefer evergreen plants. Memorial donations can be made to Agrace Hospice in Janesville, WI as well as First Baptist Church in Marengo Il.
