Joy L. Ousterhout Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy L. Ousterhout of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burkheimer and Louise Burkheimer (Knutson). She is survived by: her children, Sara and Mark Ratzlaff (Karri); her grandchildren, Reece and Hope Ratzlaff; her stepsons, Darryl and Jarrett Ousterhout (Traci); her stepgrandchildren, Avery, Brittany and MaKenna Ousterhout; and her nephew Greg Burkheimer (Sandi). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
