Beckie Carroll wrote a sympathy message

“I, too, lost my husband of 40 years, in October 2022. The days and nights are so different than they used to be nowadays. My thoughts and prayers go out to all Kevin's family and friends. I knew him once, many years ago. Even though our situation was very unusual, I am still greatly saddened by his loss. He was a very interesting and unique person and I'm glad he had a happy life. I did too. Perhaps, some of you will remember me.”

Ava Cresanta wrote a sympathy message

“I remembered Kevin from theater and musical performances in high school, and I reconnected with him on Facebook about five years ago. Through the years we chatted copiously about life, love and family, and he always managed to make me laugh or smile, or think deeply. He was simply a lovely, lovable, brilliant force of nature and one of the most unforgettable people I've ever known. I will miss his wit and charm and our entertaining convos, but mostly, I will miss him. Peggy, Erik, Lindsay, Nala and the rest of his extended family -- I'm so sorry.”

David Gordon wrote a sympathy message

“I knew Kevin from old school days. His wit, love of music and drama, and his talent I will always remember. I am very grateful we reconnected on social media. He was certainly an interesting conversationalist. As a cancer survivor I believed he had a good shot at defeating this illness. I'm shocked and saddened by this loss. Please accept my deepest sympathies.”

“Kevin was both a superb musician and one heck of a funny guy. When you played a gig with Kevin, you spent most of the time laughing! This is such difficult news. My heart goes out to Kevin's family and his vey large circle of friends and colleagues.”
