He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Belken and Florence Belken (Womack); his wife Joan Henry; his siblings, Betty Williams and Paul Belken; and his stepson Kevin Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Rockie Belken (Mindy) of Beloit, WI, Jacqueline Belken-Pecor (David) of Janesville, WI and Melodie Belken of Wright City, MO; his grandchildren, Bradley Belken (Amber Glass) and Dr. Dean Pecor; the mother of his children Mary Devins of Janesville, WI.; and his stepdaughters, Tamera Henry and Mary Frusher (Bob) of Janesville, WI. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren as well as several step-great-grandchildren.
