She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Smith and Virginia Smith (Schwerm); and her brother Daniel Smith. She is survived by: her husband Mark Gaetz (Church); her daughters, Elise Ferguson (Jeff) and Amy Gaetz; her grandchildren, Daniel, Edward and Violet; and her brothers, Ronald Smith and David Smith. She is also survived by her two daughters, and three grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred by the family.
