It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack R. McDonald of Hudson, Wisconsin, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McDonald and Evelyn Resberg McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Flottemesch; his children, Anne Howard-McDonald (Ron Howard) and John McDonald (Patty); his grandchildren, Ben and Claire; his brother Robert McDonald; and his cousin Jan Resberg. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

While at MN Power, Jack served on many charitable boards including the College of Saint Scholastica, The Girl Scouts, The 4-H Foundation, and the Salvation Army.
