She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Rutledge and Gertrude Rutledge (Neumann); her siblings, Douglas, Mary and Diane; her nephew Joseph; and her great-niece Autumn Bergeron.

She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Rutledge (Lisa), Delroy Rutledge (Shirley), Duane Rutledge (Tracy) and Dominic Rutledge (Pam); her sister-in-law Cindy Rutledge; and her nieces and nephews, Dawn, Dean, Denise, Deeann, Jeremy, Dusty, Belinda, Misty, Ashley, Logan, Becky, Alissa, Matt, Cassie and Sierra.

Memorials are preferred to the family and will be distributed to some of Debbie's favorite charities.
