He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his daughter Jana; his parents, Antonio Zappa and Maria Zappa; and his siblings, James, Eugene, Henry, Josephine, Mary and Theresa.
He is survived by: his children, Marc (Kim), Gary and Maria Moberg; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicholas, Kristine, Julia, Sophia Zappa, Nicole and Marcus Moberg.
Memorials are preferred to the charity of choice.
