He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kipp and Arlene Kipp (Ellerbroek); his brother Greg Kipp; and his nephews, Aaron and Eric Kipp.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Kay Baumgart; his children, Richard "Rick" Kipp (Sandy Schorr) of Hayward, WI, Jeffrey Kipp (Suzanne) of Farmington, MN and Holly Lindenfelser (Stacy) of Springbrook, WI; his grandchildren, Jacob and Rylee; and his siblings, John Kipp (Chris) of Stillwater, MN and Kathy Huspeni (Mark) of Chisago City, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
