He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphons Govert and Agnes Govert (Stockman); his brothers, Gerald and Walter "Wally" Govert; and his sisters-in-law, Penny and Charlene Govert.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore (Poppe); his stepchildren, Daniel Moore of Cable, WI, Penny Moore (Gary Homan) of Janesville, WI, Teresa Moore of Hayward, WI and Susan Moore (Roy Robertson) of Cable, WI; his brothers, Richard Govert (Pamela), Leon Govert (Diane), Ray Govert, Louis Govert (Karen) and Francis Govert (Terry); his granddaughter Tera Blend (Ben); his stepgranddaughter Bambi Dubke (Gary); his great grandchildren, Ava Blend and Ayan Blend; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Madeline Dubke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
