He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Skubic; his children, Carrie Dougher of Bloomington, MN and Dan Dougher (Eva) of St. Louis Park, MN; and his siblings, Jim Dougher (Dottie) of Eugene, OR, Mary Dougher of Menomonie, WI, Margaret Camplin of Northfield, MN and John Dougher (Arlyn) of St. Cloud, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
