He was predeceased by : his parents, Ole Flottum and Doris Flottum (Tyvoll). He is survived by : his wife Lynnette Elizabeth Johnson of Hayward; his children, Scott Flottum of Hayward, Shellee Wampole (Shane) of Hayward and Samuel Flottum (Jennifer) of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Jessica Hatch (Jerob), Kayla Stevens (Caleb), Sydney DeFrang (Jarett), Kristen Lake, Sierra Flottum and Drew Wampole; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Penelope, Lewyn and Judah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
