He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Biver and Ruth Biver (Swetland); and his siblings, Thomas Biver (Mary) of Spooner, Theodore Biver (Judy) of Rice Lake, James Biver of Spooner, Susan Hughes of Frederic, WI and Mary Denver (Daniel) of Cumberland, WI. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
