He was predeceased by: his father James Potack; his aunt Virginia Rounsley of Montclair; his adoptive mother Virginia Rounsley; his brother Roger Belille; and his grandfather William Mustache.
He is survived by: his mother Theresa Martin; his uncle Jerry; his children, Brennan of Milwaukee and Melena of Reserve; his adoptive son Anaangoo Andersen of Reserve; his granddaughter Leona Potack-Begay; his siblings, Karen Moss of Hudson, Corene Seaver, Jeri Dangiolella, Rachel Martin, Ray, Gary Belille and Rick Hollen; his adoptive fathers, Jerry Rounsley and Roberto Palombi; and his close friend Charity Sun Rhodes. He is also survived by many nephews & nieces.
