He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ruebesam and Mary Ruebesam (McCarthy); his sisters, Bernice Knoeck and Lois Sammer; his brother-in-law Gerald Knoeck; and his nephew Jeff Sammer.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sue Ahlensdorf (Ron) of Milwaukee, Joan Kutz (Dennis) of West Bend, WI, Mike Knoeck (Renee) of Waupaca, WI, Pat Knoeck of Jackson, WI, Jean Knoeck of Milwaukee, Lynn Oelerich (Tim) of West Bend, Tom Sammer (Keith) of Superior, WI, Deb Luckason (Jim) of Menomonee Falls, WI and Kim VanRossum (Doug) of Neshkoro, WI; and his friends, Mark Best, Wayne Wegner, Mike Feldner and Fred Duray.
