He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Lorin, Terry (Ann) and Tracy (Gail); his grandchildren, Randy, Bret, Amy, Sean, Brandon, Kara, Sarah and Zach; and his great grandchildren, Carl, Zach, Colin, Sydney, Henry and Evelyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Angels Grace Hospice.
