He was predeceased by: his father James Goetz. He is survived by: his mother Lynn Goetz; his siblings, Lisa Peterson (Reid), Julie Koehler (Keith) and Michael Goetz (Khrissy); and his daughters, McKenna, Kailyn and Rachel Goetz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
