It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon D. Vasfaret of Hammond, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Vasfaret and Martin Vasfaret; his daughter Christine; his wife Leona; his siblings, Ione Mauch (Ernest), Mavis Nelson (Royce), Harold Vasfaret and Milo Vasfaret; and his brother-in-law Bob Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome Vasfaret, Brenda Vasfaret and Jason Vasfaret (Holly); his granddaughter Brianna Leirmo (Matt); his great grandchildren, Noah, Kaylee, Ava and Zach; his sister Blanche Moore; and his sister-in-law Shirley Vasfaret. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
