He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Chad Hendricks (Anna), Danielle Bess (Craig), Amber Remm (Jim) and April Antoniak (Michael); his grandchildren, George, Henry, Theodore, Joseph, Olive, Clayton, Kacey, Charlie, Brycen, Avery, Easton and Colton; his siblings, James Hendricks (Fay), Patricia Clark (Shaker), Susan Tobin, Frank Hendricks (Sharlee), Diane Swinson, Pamela Somers (Robert), Victoria Reinke and Heidi Hendricks; his siblings-in-law, Glenn Carriveau (Nancy), Pamela Quella (Brian) and Linda Novak (Tony); and his friends, Vince, Patty Sciano, John and Judy Blakney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
