He is survived by: his wife Susan Germait; his sons, Terry "TJ" Moore and Jason Moore (Holly); his stepson Kevin Germait; and his grandchildren, Alex, Hailey and Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, and dear friends.
