He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Hoffmann (Charlie), Kathy Helm (Tom) and Tim Hughes; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Hoffmann, Erin Large (Alex), Michael Hoffmann (Autumn), Brian Helm, Dan Helm (Danika) and Samantha Hughes. He is also survived by two great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.
