With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Proefrock of Grafton, Wisconsin, born in Thiensville, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Proefrock and Dora Proefrock; his wife Beverly Proefrock; his sons, Michael Proefrock and Tom Proefrock; his brothers, Donald Proefrock (Mercedes "Mitzi"), Gerald Proefrock (Darlene) and Harvey Proefrock (Loretta); and his siblings-in-law, Marceline Paulin (Leroy), Marvelle Eernisse (Bob), Beatrice Blank (Al), Valeria Hilgart, Marilyn Clemins (Leonard), William Hilgart (Dolores), Frances Hilgart (Dorothy) and James Hilgart (Lucy).
He is survived by: his children, James Proefrock, Richard Proefrock (Marlo) and Judy Mueller; his grandchildren, Dana Feld (Jonathan), Nathan Alvarez, Gerad Proefrock, Maggie Proefrock, Kyle Proefrock, Abigail Proefrock, Luke Proefrock, Paige Proefrock, Mackenzie Mueller and Nicholas Mueller; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Oliver, Eden Feld, Fred, Molly, Claire Alvarez and Cleo Jean Proefrock; and his sister Carol Lentz (late Vic). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
