He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert O. Schmalz and Lucille Schmalz; his brother Kenny Schmalz; and his sister-in-law Donna Schmalz. He is survived by: his spouse Cris Schmalz; his children, Tiffany Schmalz (Tim Kosut) and Patrick Schmalz; his brothers, Don Schmalz (Martha), Chuck Schmalz and Bob Schmalz; and the mother of his children Cris Schmalz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
