He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mosbaugh and Mary Mosbaugh (Neff); and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Tank; his children, Tony of Indiana Kyle, Tina of Monticello and Amanda Anderson (Phil) of Cameron; and his sister Shirley Higginbotham of Noblesville. He is also survived by grandchildren, (2) great-grandchildren.
