Laurie A. Foerch Obituary
Laurie A. Foerch (née Smith), 73, of Germantown, Wisconsin went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 7, 2022. Beloved wife of William for fifty-one years. Loving mother of four: Sara (Eric) Pomeroy, Trevor (Breanne) Foerch, Jason (Julie) Foerch, Jared (Sara Kureck) Foerch. Proud grandmother of fourteen: Isabelle, Samuel; Preston, Nolan; Keagan, Reid, Reese, Adlee, Parker, Tanner; Emma K., Isabelle K., Liliana K., and Madelyn K. Cherished sister of Jim (Marie) Smith and Rosalee (Thomas) Bennick. Further survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Laurie was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She devoted her life to the ones she loved and cared for, and in turn was loved by all who knew her. Her hope and trust in Jesus was her foundation, carrying her through many of life's trials and struggles. She will be best remembered for her life of service to others, along with her wisdom, cleverness, compassion, friendship, bright smile, and love of the Lord.
The family would like to thank the numerous first responders, EMTs, medical staff at both Froedert Milwaukee, Froedert Menomonee Falls, and Virginia Highlands for their attentive care. Special thanks, also, to Angela Silva and the staff at Schmidt and Bartelt. Funeral Services for assisting the family.
Visitation for Laurie will be held Saturday, November 19 at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Sussex from 11 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 12 PM.
