He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gerald and David White. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Terry Jo Moeller (Rick) and Tom White (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Lyndsy and Buck White; and his siblings-in-law, Mary White, Jan, John Teuscher and Richard Ziebert. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
