She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kahn and Belinda Kahn (Helke); her former husband Arthur M. Urban; her husband Edmond B. Midlikowski; her brother Robert Kahn; her niece Sarah Jane Kahn; and her son-in-law Michael Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Moore (Rufus R. T.) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Lynn Urban of The Villages, FL, Jill Jacques (Donald) of Jacksonville, FL, Julie Maes (William) of Eden Prairie, MN and David Midlikowski (Theresa) of Germantown, WI; her grandchildren, Lisa Bacon, Stacey Williams (Dwayne), Corey Maire (Crystal) of Florida, Benjamin Midlikowski (Rebecca), Samuel Midlikowski of Wisconsin, Kathryn Maes and Alyssha Maes of Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Bacon, Kyle Justice, Janel Williams and Hunter Williams of Florida; and her brother Richard L. Kahn of Prior Lake, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
