He is survived by: his sons, Craig and Daniel; his wife Sue; his children, Sara, Donna (Mike), Josh (Rachel) and Heath; his stepson Kyle; his sister Karen (Greg); his siblings-in-law, Raymond, Terri and Linda; and his siblings, John, Jim and Diane. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
