He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neil; his sons, Nic O'Neil (Michelle) and Ryan O'Neil; his grandchildren, Aiden, Ava and Addison; his siblings, Toni Jaskowiak (Richard) and Scott Davis (Karen); his nephew Steven Ulrich (Kimberly); his nieces, Ashley Larson (Seth) and Allison Prather (Benjamin); his great-nieces, Afelia Ulrich and Madeline Prather; his cousins, Dale Verstegen (Chris), Dawn Lyons (Dan) and Dayna Verstegen (Joni); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Duncan (Al), Sandy Pribnow (Tadd) and Ann Preisgen.
