She is survived by: her husband Gary Tracy Sr.; her children, Kenny Tracy, Gary Tracy Jr., Shane Tracy and Millicent Tracy; and her siblings, Ralph E. Welch Jr., Larry Solles and Diane Livengood. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other family members & friends.
