He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Miller and Margaret Miller (Piechekoski); and his parents-in-law, John and Clara Pavelka. He is survived by: his wife Judy Pavelka of Fox Lake; his children, Pam Streekstra (Scott Stiller), Rob Gardner (Jackie), Marsha Oppermann, David Miller and Michael Miller (Cheri); his sister Carol Kenyon; his siblings-in-law, Donald Pavelka (Linda), Randy Pavelka, Susan Pavelka-Martin, James Gubin and Nancy Pavelka; and his close friends, Maddie and Itzy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
