He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances and Royal; his sister Bette; and his former wife Laurie. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his brother Jerry; his children, Becky Gocken (Rich), Joshua Flyte, Shawn Flyte and Adam Flyte (Erica); and his grandchildren, Emma Gocken, Jaden Gocken and Bain Flyte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
