He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecelia Louise Seyer (Sue) and William George McCarty; his grandparents, Cecelia Marie (Karpus) and Irving Seyer; his wife Liz; and his siblings, Cindy Iwasaki (Masahiro), Wendy Schickel (Ray), Terry Dement (Laura), Michael and Connie. He was also cherished by 15 nieces and nephews, and three pandemic rescue cats.
He is survived by his wife Liz, sisters Cindy (Masahiro) Iwasaki and Wendy (Ray) Schickel, brother Terry (Laura) Dement, 15 nieces and nephews, and three pandemic rescue cats.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association or Trout Unlimited.
