She was predeceased by: her parents, Fidencio Beltran and Maria Ester Beltran (Casarez); and her son Isaac Beltran. She is survived by: her husband Angelio Benitez; her children, Pam Garza (Juan Aguilar) of Fort Atkinson and Jose Garza of Fort Atkinson; and her grandchildren, Ivan, Diego Gonzalez, Vincente and Mia Aguilar.
