He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his daughter Teresa; and his siblings, Robert, Virginia, Ruth and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Onufer, David (Cynthia) of Fort Atkinson and Timothy of Fort Atkinson; his siblings, Carol Stevens of Lafayette, IN, Kenneth Hershman of Indiana, PA and Richard Hershman (Sandra) of Wheatfield, IN; his grandchildren, Andrew J Edmiston (Caitlin), Ben Edmiston (Anna) of New York, NY, Tristan Hershman of Houston, TX, Rebecca Newcomb (Jon) of Round Rock, TX, Gretchen DeBlaey (Eric) of Springfield, VA, Jacqueline Hershman of Washington, DC, Kayci Zarate (Jaciel) and Natalie Hershman of Fort Atkinson, WI.; and his great grandchildren, Izidore, Tess, Elena, Axel, Vaden and Landyn.
