He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Dahms and Alice Dahms (Pruefer); his sister Bonnie Dahms; and his cousins, Don Pruefer, David Shanklin and Charlie Pruefer.
He is survived by: his cousins, Al Pruefer (Karen), Sandy Pruefer, Cynthia Shanklin, Judy Johnson, Mary Renz, Carl Pruefer (Joan), Mary Jeffery (Bill), Greg Dahms, Helen Dahms and Debra Brejcha (Tom).
Memorials in memory of David may be made to Rainbow Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
