He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mavis Smith (Kaiser); his daughter Leanne (Andy); his granddaughter Adalyn; his siblings, Terry, Tammy (Dan) and Jay; and his former wife Diane. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
