He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Gall and Wilma Thelma Gall (Nickisch); and his sister-in-law Florence Gall. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gall; his children, Stuart Gall (Natalya) of Sagle, Idaho, Kristen Fish-Peterson (Skip) of Madison and Karyn Hippen (Ed) of Thompson, ND; his grandchildren, Egor Gall (Roxanne), Kristina Goodson (Keith Roman), Thomas Fish (Stacey), Sydney Fish, Matthew Hippen, Benjamin Hippen (Kylie) and Noah Hippen; his great grandchildren, Elena Marie Goodson and Weston Kyle Hippen; his brothers, Stanley and David Gall (Joan); and his sister-in-law Signia Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his name to Wartburg Theological Seminary (Attn: Development Office, 333 Wartburg Place, Dubuque, Iowa 52003).
