She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Wade Johnson (Erin) of Edgerton and Brandon Johnson (Angelea) of Edgerton; her grandchildren, AJ, Jasmine and Jameson; her great grandchild Zaeden; and her siblings, Jackie Smith, Linda Guth (Bob), Tammy Wicik, Robin Smith, Gary Smith (Maxine) and Mike Smith (JoDell). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
