She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Maves and Beverly Maves (Quam); and her brothers, Glenn and Keith Maves. She is survived by: her husband Bud; her children, Melissa Phelps (Rob) of Edgerton and Michael Huebner (Brianna) of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Ross Phelps (Jenna Miller), Colin Phelps (Erin Cortilet), Pearly Huebner and Cameron Huebner; her brother Dale Maves; and her siblings-in-law, Sherry Maves, Raymond Huebner (Linda) and Terry Huebner (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials in Sandy's name may be made to either St. John Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association.
