He is survived by: his sisters, LaVon Puttkamer and Patricia Tourdot of Baraboo; and his children, Pamela Murwin (Duane), Cynthia Phelps-Lee (Kevin), Roy Phelps (Kathy) and Robert V. Phelps (Melissa). He is also survived by 29 Great-Grandchildren, special family members, and special friends.
