He was predeceased by: his parent Frankie Hale. He is survived by: his wife Tara L. Lohaus; his children, Bridgette Hale, Scott Hale and Lindsey Hale; his stepson Damien Henschel; his grandson Tristan; his mother Shannon Taylor (John); and his siblings, Jody DeBoer (Darrell), James Hale and Julie McKee (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
