He is survived by: his daughter Jessica; his wife Diane; and his children, Mary Ellen Heinly, Sweetie Pie, Beth Heinly-Munk, Stuart Munk, Chase, Noah, Jax (Britton), Joshua Hussin (Thavy Kuy), Logan and Angeline.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be gifted to Wounded Warriors Family Support and Homes for Our Troops.
