She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Theis and Mildred Theis; and her brother Jeffery Theis. She is survived by: her husband Randy Wendt; her sons, Bryan (Heather) of Rio and Craig (Tricia) of Lodi; her grandchildren, Alexa, Logan, Olivia and Owen Wendt; her siblings, Connie Bailey (Craig), Sandy Theis (Rob Remko), Tim Theis (Tammy Garrelts) and Gary Theis; and her sisters-in-law, Jayne Simpson (Dan) and Lori Sage (Steve). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be made to leiomyosarcoma cancer research at the UW Carbone Cancer Center, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church or Agrace HospiceCare.
