She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis "Ray" Slater and June Slater (Johnson); her son Timothy Buettner; and her half-brother Doran Slater. She is survived by: her husband Dale Buettner; her daughter Andrea Federman (Chad); her grandchildren, Dane and Olivia; and her siblings, Jerry Slater (Karen) and Linda Breyette (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
