He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bowden and Eunice Bowden (Wallerman) of Dale, Wisconsin.; his father-in-law John Johnson of McFarland, Wisconsin; his brothers-in-law, Dean Johnson of Appleton and Randy Neumann of De Pere, Wisconsin; and his nephew Randall Neumann.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Bowden (Johnson); his daughter Kendra; his brother Darren Bowden (Tara) of Lake Zurich, Illinois; his mother-in-law Bonnie Johnson (Willis) of Appleton, Wisconsin; his sisters-in-law, Sara Wait (Paul) of New London and Patti Neumann of De Pere, Wisconsin.; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Neumann, Mariah Neumann, Brooke Wait, Lilly Wait and Lee Bowden; and also Kendra. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
Dean participated in medical research to help find a cure for Alzheimer's Disease at University of Wisconsin-Madison and at Washington University in St. Louis.
