Sommerfeld (Dale, Wisconsin), born in Neenah, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Lori Rhine (Stacen) of Missouri; his children, Chase Sommerfeld, Christian Sommerfeld, Samantha Miller and David Miller; his grandparent Amber Sommerfeld of Dale; his aunts, Rosemary Olson (Steve) of Appleton, Susie Betts of Ogdensburg and Sherry Heaton of Wyoming; his cousins, Shane, Justin, Jordan, Jenna, Stephanie and John; his close friend Rich Vokolek; and his pet Roxie.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for his son Chase's education.
